Work @ Home is a Special Scheme which allows all Pudur Corporate employees to work from home for at least six months a year. Outsourcing Approach

More than 99% of our work is outsources and 99% of our employees work indirectly for Pudur Corporation, want to know why?

Arun Pudur the founder started his business and do most of the work himself, taking on the responsibility for marketing, sales, HR, technology, and other components of the business.  As the business grows and he decided he can’t handle all the tasks, he hired someone to do the non-core work. And, in the spirit of stretching their cash, he usually tried to get the people he hired to follow in their footsteps – throwing as much work and a variety of work to his hires.

Interestingly, this is the very time that he asked himself, ‘Should I do it myself or should I outsource it?’ because the investment isn’t yet significant. Once he hired staff and provide office space, equipment, and training it is harder to walk away from your investment.
